When you send an enquiry, contact message or referral, we collect the details you enter. That can include your name, phone number, email address, role, the support you are asking about, and the message you write.
A referral may also include information about the participant, such as contact details, address, date of birth, NDIS number, support needs and consent. Please only share another person’s information if you are allowed to do so.
Our website host and analytics tools may also collect technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location.
We use this information to respond to enquiries and referrals, discuss suitable support, keep records of those requests, and improve the website.
We do not sell personal information. We only use it for the purpose you contacted us, or for a closely related purpose you would reasonably expect.
Enquiry and referral records are stored in our database so authorised Aseelam Care staff can review them. Website hosting and form storage are provided by service providers that process data on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if you ask us to share it with a support coordinator, plan manager, family member or another provider.
This site uses Google Tag Manager to understand how the website is used. That can set cookies or similar technologies and send usage data to Google.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to respond to your request, provide services, or meet our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
